Mr. Anneeq Ahmad, successfully aided in the overturning of three felony convictions (one of which was ARSON), of an innocent young man of age 13. My son got railroaded by detectives who weren’t truthful, who didn’t investigate, and simply assumed his guilt. He was convicted and sentenced to no less than five years in Juvenile prison. He spent 348 days in prison. He had never ever previously been in a set of handcuffs, let alone taken immediately away from his home and family (something else he had never experienced). It was a nightmare for our whole family. It was as if all four of us were in prison. We were there (500 mile round trip) every week, for 4-5 days at a time. We never wanted him to feel alone. We spent Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and his 14th birthday in the prison. He was finally released on probation, and during this period, Mr Ahmad managed to convincingly get the State Court of Appeals to review and reverse his convictions. This was no small feat, as there are very few juvenile case’s, if any that have successfully been overturned. Our lives are in the process of being restored, and we have Aneeq to thank for this blessing.
